I am not an owner yet... could have been today except this happened. I am just going to copy and paste this from my yelp review and if you guys can suggest other forums I should post this too, I will gladly do so. I am SO sick of this kind of customer service. I've been getting this crap all week from all different people and it's sad that they only "respond" when you post negative comments / reviews. Is it the economy or just how it is in the "real world" that people can't just be truthful?

HOORRIBLE customer service. I went to finally pick up a 2012 Shelby GT500. The salespeople were leaning all over it and obviously drove it around a whole bunch (had almost 50 miles on it). Then they tell me that I can't drive it because they don't want to rack up miles on it (I didn't care because I've already driven one... I'm here to buy it on a pre-arranged price remember?). I just thought that was a little rude to start off a conversation... especially since I've been talking to this dealer since JULY (when they first got the car). So the car has been sitting this whole time, being driven around by these TOOLS.
Here comes the kicker. We sit down and start talking numbers and they basically said I was misunderstood on the price. The offer to me over SUMMER, was $1000 below invoice and a couple years free maintenance. I planned on doing the work myself, so I walked in expecting to get a few hundred knocked off. I KNOW this is the price because he even gave me the total. Around $51,000. I was called a liar and embarrassed in front of my whole family. We drove 1hr+ in bumper to bumper traffic.
These guys lied and called me EVERY DAY for a week straight. Sometimes numerous times from morning to night, making sure that I was coming in. I thought it was cute and they had enthusiasm. Little did I know, they were trying to bait me in and try to sucker me into buying this car that's been collecting dust (NO WONDER with customer service like this).
I was steaming as we left. I calmed down to call the sales manager, THEO, on the way home. In the phone conversation, he proceeded to call me a liar, saying this car goes for over sticker (oh really? funny because I'm buying one from another dealership for LOWER that what we arranged... too bad for you). And then he told me he didn't care who I told or if he lost business to locals because he can just make up sales by selling to Taiwan and China. I am Asian American, but this practice of selling to Asia and the Middle East pisses me off a LOT. You never see these wonderful cars on the road because some prince or rich mofo over seas can buy it for WAY more cuz our USD is weak.... where is the patriotism?
He was rude, condescending and told me, he doesn't care who I told. Trust me, you do not want to deal with these guys. I am posting this on all the mustang / ford forums too eventually, because this was just outrageous. Not even an apology, but calling me a liar? Cuz gas is cheap and I wanted to drive out just to "see" a car I've already driven..ppsshhh.... no such thing as customer service anymore.
THEO can suck it. :fight:
