Yes on all 3… I buy from NPD, CJ Pony Parts and LMR. All good companies.
 
I always forget them because it’s been a long time since I bought stuff from them.
I just grabbed their repro rear susp uppers (supposed to have bushings emulating the old FMS uppers). I think that finishes the parts I need to do a complete rebuild/paint/sprucing on my Capri 8.8.




Back in the day I put in uppers with urethane on the frame end and solid alum on diff end. Really horrible (and their still in there), but 35 ish years ago "everyone" thought it was the sheet, to make your suspension completely bind up, with any travel o_O

This is my 93 Notch track car. It's an old NASA car. Has an SVO Boss 302 aluminum block bored & stroked to 368. Dart 225 heads, custom solid lifter roller cam, carb'd, makes 620hp NA. Dry sump, massive oil cooling system. Jerico roadrace 5 speed (dog leg AND dog ring!) and Auburn rear. Tons of mods, nothing is stock. Custom wire harness. Full Griggs World Class suspension... coil overs, K-member, solid mounts, torque arm, 3 link, etc etc. Old skool Baer & Outlaw brakes, Baer Twisted Star wheels. Have done 2 autocross seasons with it, not really made for that, but does pretty good with A7's. Also does track days for fun. Nowhere near street legal... only lights it has are brakes. Weighs 2900 lbs no driver. It'll pass most anything on the straights, really fun in turns. Loud and proud!! Will be for sale someday soon to finance a CFTP. Currently installing an Aeromotive fuel system with electric pump and -8 lines to replace a leaking Fuel Safe cell with a mechanical pump and -10 lines.

Don't think I ever posted the details on the LTD. Mom and dad had matching bargain basement 84/86 stripper white with blue interior LTD's. Finally convinced dad to get a newer car. Hence the 25 year build/rebuild commenced.

I was and always will be a huge 78/79 Bronco fan. I had 7 of them at that time (you can see my mud bronc on 44 boggers and two more in the back of photo)

One of the first donors. We had 4 different motors in, before we broke down and built the stroker.

First swap, just a bone stock 5.0 HO.

Later on added the blower and Hydrboost. Still stock 5.0 HO though.

Since we had so many Mk VII's, and it was fox body, figured 5 lug/rear disk/8.8 would drop right in. Not so much, but we made it work.

One the MkVII's also had these wheels. Had them redone about 6 years ago, to the tune of about $1100.

Tons of money and work. Like the $600 chroming of the grill (using "plastic" chroming spray).
Started with a non-chrome LTD LX grill.

Doors had rotted out. Found a mostly rust free Marquis donor. I painted "insides" of doors
and mounted them up.

Added PW/PL's. The PL's were fun, as those year LTD's had that weird power lock setup where you pulled up or pushed down on the lock knob.

I had to add power lock switch. I got chrome covers from a Capri,
as they did not use the black covers, like the early fox mustangs did.

Dad did a custom wood overlay dash. We managed to find a police 140
certified speedo, and tach from an LTD LX.

At some point, we had a Lentech built AOD and added FMS alum driveshaft.
You can see extension after H-pipe, since LTD wheelbase was longer

dad even made it to Carlisle one year. But they stuck "us" all the way up by trailers, with a tauri and a couple of Fairmount's (Zephyr's, technically I guess).

Tried to get my Capri out as often as I could, so we could show our "foxes" together.

Here is a dual return sag pump, installed for the hydroboost.
Bracket setup was a nightmare.

Fan clutch from either the LTD police version or a 351W truck/bronco, forget which.

Finally got serious, on motor, had Ford Stokers build the 331 bottom end. I did cam/valvetrain/tuning/intake/inj etc...
