If anyone knows of a good way to sell a 2007 Shelby Super Snake GT 500 40th Anniversary Addition message me please!!! We were looking to post it on Ebay or an Auction but most only reserve if the car is valued over 150 K. This is not a joke I am living in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and just am looking to get rid of it because I never get a chance to drive it anymore. That being said after I took possession of it over two years ago only put 2,000 miles on it and its been garage kept. Message me on here or if it is easier send me an email at thomas.wiest@lmunet.edu

Re: Looking to sell

Welcome to the forum. Put a bunch of pictures here. Pictures seriously help and you could get a sale.

Re: Looking to sell

Here are some photos and unfortunately they are having to be sent through as pdf files since the forum doesn't take jpg images its too large of a file. The asking price is 73,500 or best offer. Sorry for the delay and more pictures are available upon request. However, this is just a test to see if anyone is interested on this forum hence why Im not going above and beyond to write out the full bio like projected on ebay or other sell websites.

Is this a 605hp or 725hp Coupe? Standard Ford Racing suspension or optional Eibach coil overs?

It appears from the signature plate that this Super Snake was built in the Quantum Performance shop, and is an early build.

Nice looking car!

I moved this thread to the Cars For Sale section. You’ll get more visibility here vs. the New Member area.

As for pictures, you can embed big pics in your post, but it requires using a 3rd party hosting site like:

Postimage.org ? free image hosting / image upload

There are instructions on how to do this on the first page of the Welcome New Members thread.

That is greatly appreciated I will look up to you for further instructors or comments if you do not mind. I am new to forums so this is extremely difficult to follow. Im going to try and post more pictures at the beginning of the week. Thanks again so much.

You should be able to put it on eBay with a reserve. There are several on there now. You'll get plenty of bids, but not sure how many actually sell on eBay. Other forums to consider is Team Shelby or any of the many Shelby Facebook pages. If possible be open to overseas buyers. These cars have quite a following. GLWS

Good, the optional HP Super Snakes are the money cars compared to the entry level HP. The FRPP suspension springs, sway bars etc. are Blue if I remember correctly, the Eibach is Red. <<For a quick look under the car.

So then I have to ask.........is it a Black Kenne Bell?? or Polished?............The Polished option was $1300 back then........OUCH!! <<<Just for a finish difference on the same 2.8 blower. It was hard enough to pull together the $31,995 that is cost in the early days, just to do the 725 upgrade itself, but then an additional $1300 for the Polished KB blower?? Many owners opted out for Polished.
