Check Charging Message - Bad Alternator/Diode?

Getting this message again

Got it once last year and attributed it to starting with a low battery. Charged it up and all was good.

This year I have an AeroForce gauge and it shows between 10-11 volts and that does not vary significantly with RPM which seems off to me (previous Mustang GT showed 14.7-14.9 like clockwork).

Anyone else see this issue? Suggestion for diagnosis?

Thanks!

You got a bad alternator. Caveman simple way to verify, disconnect the positive battery cable while it's running. If it dies, bad alternator. Your gauge showing 10 to 11 volts pretty much tells the story.
