I switched to Hagerty last year for coverage for my Shelby. Just received my bill for another 12 months of coverage. A bit shocked to see the premium increased 35%. I’ve spoken to a couple people with Hagerty, they say it is accurate. Looking at their site, it would be higher yet with a new policy. A little research on-line shows insurance pricing has increased across the board.

Yup, mine went up 33%. Had my broker verify that there wasn't a cheaper alternative. She found one that would provide a little cheaper on the car insurance side, but their homeowners would have been $2k higher. Splitting who gets the coverage isn't an option because then I would lose the bundle discount, which would make both coverages even worse. The rise is the normal but crappy state of affairs.
