Can anyone direct me to a very detailed description (and hopefully photos) of the exterior and interior differences between the 10/11/12 and 13/14, please?

Nothing to do with the mechanical differences, those I am well aware of. Strictly body style and interior differences.

I'd love to see pictures of the two body styles side by side at all different angles. Maybe someone here has one (or more) of each and has a collection of pictures they can share with me. 1Alibi2, I'm looking in your direction!

Thanks!

grill/bumper/head lights, tail lights, wheels, hood, thickness of stripes

i think thats it....doors/trunk/body are the same

i dont know if any of the interior changed....maybe the seats depending on if you get the performance pkg option

speedometer to 220, maybe the pattern in the fake SS insert on the front of the dash.....2013 has SVT 25th anniversary on the door sills

ive been parked next to a 2010 and was surprised how little difference there was on interiors

Huggy pretty much nailed it. I've had a '10, '13, and now a 2014. To me, the biggest difference is the rear end, because of the blacked out panel and the tail lights, and the no grill on the '13 and '14. The interior is almost identical other than what Huggy mentioned. All 3 cars I had, had the base seats in them which are the same, (interchangeable), other than the headrest is a little more adjustable in the later models. The gauge cluster between the speedo and tach is slightly different too. Oops, almost forgot until I looked at the pics, the exhaust is different, 4 instead of 2.

Thanks!

I know what the differences are, I'd like to visually SEE the differences and compare them. I know the differences are subtle so I'd like to be able to kind of "study" them side by side. Does that make sense?

Just one of my weird quirks, I guess.

I wish they had kept the 12' diffuser on the 13'-14's

Thanks, papashelby!
I see the black vs painted rocker panels are different. I know some people swap the tail lights on the 10-12's to look like the 13-14's but I notice a little filler piece so I wanted to compare them and your pictures help tremendously!

Here's a pic with the filler piece. It looks stock if you aren't a mustang enthusiast. I eventually ended up swapping the whole rear so I could get quads.

There we go! That's what I was looking for, thanks so much!

When I first started my search for a GT500, I thought I wanted anything between 2010-2014 then I started doing more research and discovered the horsepower difference between the model years, which was when I directed myself towards a 13 or a 14. Then I started noticing the slight differences and REALLY started to prefer the 13/14's over the previous years and it was all about the rear end. I think my favorite angle to see the car from is the back, those taillights.......those quad tailpipes......that nice, tall rear end with that spoiler on top, I love it!

I once got a Camaro for a loaner and I had to immediately turn around and swap it for something else! I couldn't see out the little windows and at 47 years old, I felt like a total a$$wad.

Just my 2 cents, thanks for reading.
