In that case I'd be tossin around a drive shaft. That will probably be the next mod after I finish the rear gear and suspension mod.....

+1, get the driveshaft! Less road noise, no more "clunking", and it is cheap insurance.

I would say it depends on what you want out of the car, mainly street and drag racing, road racing, etc.

Driveshaft is a possibility. Don't discount the effect of a set of 3.73's either though.

My 1st mod was gears, get 3.73, and with labor it should leave some $$ left for a shifter. Then you will have what the KR has. I will be installing a Dynotech DS this week end, with a BMR front loop. That should be on your list after the gears and shifter.

Me,

I'm saving for a Laser Interceptor HD unit, Griggs Suspension, then some form of a TVS upgrade +/- exhaust.

Already done Tune, CAI, pulley, gear, and some electronics stuff (stereo+GPS/Escort 9500ci/homelink), KR shifter, 180 stat, plus new LCAs next week to keep me happy until I can afford the griggs. Gotta say each mod has been highly satisfying. Someday I'll get around to installing the shelby plaques sitting on my desk too - he's getting old you know, might want to get those before its too late.

you just can't go wrong as long as you know what your goals are.

So true... its easy to jump on the I want one too bandwagon when you hear of what other forum member have done.

Its still fun though!

BTW- drove with the windows down today - still easy to spin the BFG tires.
