What previous "toy" cars have you owned? I'm not talking about daily drivers, but weekend cars or play cars that you bought for fun. I grew up a die-hard GM fan with a weak spot for Oldsmobile.

1968 Olds 442 (my first car, complete with a tweaked marine 455)
1969 Hurst/Olds (factory a/c - very rare)
1972 Hurst/Olds Indy Pace Car convertible
1972 Hurst/Olds hardtop with rare sunroof
1970 Olds 442 Indy Pace Car convertible
1972 Olds Cutlass Supreme convertible with factory 455
1966 Pontiac GTO, 4-speed with factory a/c
1972 Chevy Monte Carlo 454 (less than 1% of production were 454s)
1970 Olds Toronado GT (400 horsepower)

As the cost of buying musclecars went thru the roof, I switched over to more modern stuff. I bought a 2002 Crown Vic Sport, and that got me started playing with both real and pseudo cop cars.

1998 Mercury Grand Marquis. Even the real cops pulled over for this one.

1994 Ford Crown Victoria Interceptor. Yeah, it's flat black.

1971 Plymouth wagon Adam-12

And my first Mopar, a 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona. I still have it.

It's a 1978 F-250

What's that funny looking thing in the lighter colored part of the door panel? Is that some sort of crank wih a knob on the end?

It looks somewhat familiar, but I haven't seen anything like that in years.

I've had all Mustangs from 1975-present. Sorry no pictures.
1967 Coupe 289 3-speed (1975-1985). Great car - wish I hadn't sold it
1983 GT 5.0 (1983-84) - carburetor (Holley) seemed tempermental - never seemed to be able to get tuned right.
1988 GT 5.0 (1988-96) - great car - never had a significant problem
1999 Cobra convertible (1999-2007) - lots of fun
2007 GT500 Coupe - by far the best
Helped son restore 1965 Coupe (6 cylinder) - totalled approximately 2 months after restoration (not his fault).
2004 Coupe 40th Anniversary V6 - son's present car.
With the exception of the '83, I've enjoyed all these cars.

Usually the only roadblock is any form of precipitation within 500 miles.

I believe there are other issues now.

Time will tell.
