Could you guys let me know what this TSB is? I tried a search but nothing is coming up. And the Hiss test. My car is an 09 with 415 miles and I did notice when engaging the clutch it hisses, minor chatter.

Technical Service Bulleton, i'm pretty sure it means Ford know about the problem, if it happens under warrenty your ok, but if it happens after your warrenty is expiered your beat.
I just got my 07 a few weeks ago and mine hisses too.
