Tim, I think maybe you over engineered planking to get your doors to clear the trailer fenders. ;) just ribbing ya....

I used 2 on the left to tip the cars enough to be able to open the driver's door and clear the escape door.

Nice trailer mod Tim! 🍻

I used my lowest car at the time (2011 GT500) to measure how much raising I needed to get the driver’s door to open into the escape door. I had to go up quite a bit, but wanted to do it with the least amount of weight added due to pulling with my F150. The most challenging part of the “engineering” was the D-rings were right where I needed to put the ramps... I ended up making that section removable so it can be in place for driving in/out, but removed for tying down the cars.

Very nice! Is that a Kaufman trailer?
Not sure who you directed the question to but if it was me, it's a Sure-Trac.

I ended up selling it once I moved north and sold my 1969 Camaro. No need for a trailer with the GT500 and I'm done with the NSRA and Goodguys. No more car shows....
