Just a quick question for a noob here.

Does the SCT or Diablosport tuner allow you to switch back to the stock tune after loading a custom one?

For peace of mind in case of warranty issues I would want to be able to put the stock tune back in and make the car stock again if it needed any warranty work. Is the stock tune saved off when the new one gets loaded?

Yes, they will. The first step (Predator) is to download the stock tune just for that reason I think.

oldimp is correct. It downloads the stock tune from the ecu first then uploads the new tune.

Don't know. Where are you getting the tune from? Usually a tuner (the person writing/selling the tune) will use or recommend/use/sell a particular piece of hardware.

most likely getting the CAI and tuner from JLT. They carry both tuners.

Guess it doesnt matter. SCT it is. MY cat decided. rawr
