The general idea I've gotten from all of this is that it's rather abusive on the clutch/trans. I'm not sure I'm going to be practicing this.

This is not really as abusive as it sounds because it is a spark cut. But again, if you are not an avid racer, don't waste your time.
For the guys that race alot, this is a heavensent! Some people have stated this helps with the 1-2 lockout when racing as well, but I think that is a hack and I have provided documentation on an actual fix for that. But for winning races and running numbers, its a must
