This is not really as abusive as it sounds because it is a spark cut. But again, if you are not an avid racer, don't waste your time.
For the guys that race alot, this is a heavensent! Some people have stated this helps with the 1-2 lockout when racing as well, but I think that is a hack and I have provided documentation on an actual fix for that. But for winning races and running numbers, its a must

2007-2009 models (and the only ones I have any applicable knowledge about at all):
1. the lack of a stock programmable Homelink garage opener
2. no way to open the trunk other then the key fob
I've always been irritated that Ford went cheap and didn't put a 'factory' Homelink in the mustang...
