Hey guys im relatively new here and ive only posted a few times. Yesterday i was driving my '03 gt (thank god not the 500) and i was driving through New Brunswick NJ down a single lane road to get onto route 18. However there are those bulbous manholes and it hit my exhaust and there was a very VERY large difference in exhaust sound. I get home and notice that the little metal wing type piece was ripped over the ball end of my h-pipe :flame: . Has anyone had anything like this happen to them and where you able to get the township to fix it or anything? Thanks, Kyle

IMO, first off, I would take some digital photos of the hole in the road and of your exhaust just to document the damage. Good luck with the town trying to get recompensated...Get it fixed correctly and also get an invoice for what you paid . Documentation is the key...

In our area (southeastern Virginia) manholes are considered a normal part of the road.:flame:
