No. 10.5" in the absolute minimum. Some people run 305 Nittos on stock wheels, but they're bowing the tread.

Weldcraft will add an inch to your stock wheels. About $250 a wheel, plus shipping. I'm having an extra pair of stockers widened by them.

Nittos tend to run narrower than other brands. A friend of mine runs 305 Nittos on stock rims as well.

Yes, they are a tad narrower. Even at that, they bow at street pressures. They're fine at track psi, but at 35 the tread isn't flat. Even Nitto will attest to this.
