Try VMP Tuning - see link below. You can select the FRPP CAI and 2.6" pully and other parameters.

Do you have an aftermarket intake? : FRPP 113MM
Tune for smaller SC pulley? YES - 2.6" METCO

[The Bone]

Before you change anything return your tune back to stock.
Because if you leave the Ford tune in and change to Evolution or VMP tunes they will download what ever tune you have in there as stock because the tuner assumes that the tune in you're car is stock. If you dont do this you're stock tune will be lost.
