Could anyone clarify for me how the Dealerships are going to be Allocated the Shelby's? From what I understand now even non-SVT dealerships will be able to get a couple of them?

This is how I understand it...

Every dealer has the opportunity to get one (must get certified by April 30th)
SVT dealers will get an additional one
President's Award winners will get an additional one
The rest will be allocated by share-of-nation based on mustang sales

Example:
An SVT dealer with a President's Award would get 3 plus any share-of-nation allocation.

Ford has said they won't announce allocations until all certifications have been submitted. Since the deadline is April 30th, we should hear something in early May.
I believe you are correct sir.Very well put!

That is the same information that I received from my dealer. Also he said that the first build beginning June goes to (400) SVT dealers. Then the next Shelbys are shipped to the President's Award dealers. (340)
