I was asked several questions over on TS about air dry e-coat and thought it would serve purpose here as well.PPG does not make air dry e-coat but they have another product that they recommend.This was a conversation that I had with a guy who scraped up the bottom of his car from jack stands.

There is no air dry e-coat.However PPG told me they have a 2 part primer epoxy air dry for that situation.PPG # DP 40 LF and catalyst.It comes in different colors so the part # will change.For example(don't qoute me on this)40 might be white 42 might be mauve.You get the picture.I think there is 5 different primer colors depending on the color of you Top Coat(Torch Red,Blue,Alloy).It is a little pricey but we are talking about bare metal underneath the car.I hope that this answers the rest of your questions................FRED...................
