2013 Shelby GT500
You are absolutely correct. Sorry, but it is true. Buying a car now or in the next 2-3 years should be off the table unless you can't avoid it. We snuck in, I got mine back in Feb for 39k with 9k miles. I paid a little extra to have low mileage and low ownership, and that was ok for me). I could have squeaked out with a couple that were 33-34k but I was not comfortable with the vehicle history.well the only point I was alluding to was that it would not be a good investment right now
Bob Allen Ford is ALWAYS way over-priced, so make sure you dicker with them way down before you buy that car for me ...... thanks OMB !!!
Gorgeous vert, Anthony!I'd say that price is just about right for the mileage. I paid $27,500 for mine in November (from an Autonation dealer) and now I think I stole it. At the time I thought I was paying way WAY too much and really hammered them, they wanted $29,500. This is a so-called "no haggle" dealership - LOL bs. Fairly confident I could get $36k, or close to it, now (66k miles).

You are my Friend and Fun Run partner in crime, BUT…IF I were to buy that Shelby, it would be for ME….,Bob Allen Ford is ALWAYS way over-priced, so make sure you dicker with them way down before you buy that car for me ...... thanks OMB !!!
Bad investment? Yeah, probably so. But I guess I shouldn’t worry about that more than actually just enjoying having one of these cars and driving it. While I still can, anyways. At some point I shouldn’t worry about what it will be worth. Just enjoy it in the here and now.Agree it’s not a good investment right now. But, 2013-14 are going for strong money. Easily getting mid 50’s right now for the right options and even more for low miles. It is crazy for sure.
