One thing I really do not like is the "black box". I can see the same thing happening with this car that a lot of owners of the GT-R are finding out the hard way. The box gets checked to see if you will be covered under warranty.

AND why does the coupe get 19" wheels when the vert does not??? What is up with that?

That's not all that uncommon in my experience. Quite a few 'vert models of sports/sporty cars get short changed in the availability of the "max performance" wheel/tire option. Ride quality and/or NVH issues are usually the reason(s) quoted by manufacturers. *shrugs*

If you check the forums, there is a lengthy discussion of the SuperSnake 20" wheels vs/ KR and Stock 18" wheels. 19" wheels no clue, but not necessarily be an advantage, particularly with respect to aftermarket tire availability.

I have a set of 19 inch wheels on my 96 cobra and the choices do get a little slimmer but theres BFG's on mine so no complains
