You don't need to worry about offset when all your shit is outside the wheel well. It would seem he made some sort of long spacer to do that. The purpose of that escapes me. I'm sure he can return it to stock, as long as he doesn't damage the front fenders by turning the wheel.

Holy freaking tire overload....... i hadnt seen that thread til i just searched it after reading your post. My brain is now mush, and i am wondering who i talk to about getting the last 10 min of my life back?!?!? Do you handle those claims or is there a specific mod that deals with that???
