Mustang Shelby GT500 'Vert
All they offered
Bought the car used with 3500 miles on it. Have tweeked, modified and genuinely loved this car as I've wanted a Shelby since I was 14 and I'm a 60-something male. The more I find out about this car the happier I am. Has about 16,000 miles on it now. Now has Raxiom Gen 5 LED tail lights.
2009 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 'Vert (Torch Red)
Totally stock (however, dynoed) engine compartment. Future upgrades include smaller pulleys, cold air induction, headers and maybe cams. Dyno's out with 515HP to the rear wheels with 527FP of torque.
Red and Black leather interior. Of the 114 Torch Red Convertibles made, this is one of the 53 made with the Red and Black Interior.
(First Pic) The first and only time I intentionally drove the car in the rain. It was due to a dear friend of mine who, unfortunately, passed away a week later. (Second Pic) with new added side scoops.
Car came with the Shaker 1000 navigation system, however, the stereo did not work all that well. So my girlfriend and I installed this Sony system with Bluetooth and other options and upgraded the rear speakers to component speakers, and it kicks butt now. Original amps, and front speaker and subwoofer box in trunk, still stock.
Wheel and Tire
Still have stock wheels, but it has Lorenzo chrome wheels on it now, one of the first modifications we made (other than the mufflers). Stock tires, and the tires, which are about to be replaced, are the tires that came on it when it was brand new, Goodyear Eagle 1's, staggered, but will be going to the same size all around.
