I just bought a 07 GT500 with the factory clutch(45000 miles). I work for a ford store. I need not the best clutch but the least resistance on the clutch pedal due to a bad left knee with no cartlidge. Need a soft pedal. Max future hp gains will be no more than 650rwhp
Someone recommended the 10-12 factory clutch but some others recommended dyad system

Your the man with knowledge ..... and thank you for your assistance

    Hey Kurt,

Been a long time since we talked. Everything is going great on the car - thanks for all of your help last year. Haven't touched the car mechanically since. Learned how to drive the SPEC clutch a little better.

I saw you leaving on K7 toward KC one morning but I was in a hurry to get to the Fort and couldn't spin around and say hey.

Just saying hello and hope everything is going well this year. I had a busy year getting a daughter graduated and off to West Virginia and one into college. Wasn't able to try and get out with the Shelby on the weekends. Hope to do that this year.

    Happy New Year. Take care.

Kurtdog, I need some help. I just had the kenne bell 2.8 stage 3 kit installed, the shop wasn't able to put on the heat shield cause the rubber nipple like things that go to the OEM air box were at my house, they said the heat shield just snaps right in to those holes with those nipples. Im no mechanic I can't figure it out, it doesn't snap in. I called the shop and there like um well I don't know. I called van and he said his snapped right in but you have to tuck it under the lip. I've tried everything and I have to drive it to work with no heat shield, can you help? Thanks
