If you are talking about the car on the left, yes, it did run on its own power, It had an air bag suspension, and was so freakin low to the ground, crazy.

You R Rite. LOW VERY LOW. Was it a right hand drive ? I have seen some picture reversals. I assume that it was. weird little booger.
