I've been here on the forums for quite some time now. Haven't posted because I have awaited the auth forever. Now besides all that...Is it me or is it about everytime you order parts from vendors that it takes freaking forever to get your stuff.
I'm tired of the same ole story..The vendor says: The parts are on there way or the parts are on backorder, even though you ordered them without knowledge of this. I won't name vendors, but i'm pretty sick and tired of the bull that we have to deal with.
I still have 3 seperate parts I ordered 3 weeks ago and still getting the same answer. Sorry for the rant, I'm just tired of their crap.

I can add that my orders from Evolution and Lethal have been complete and rapid :) Try them...

the responsiveness really varies by vendor .... JLT on this site .... seemed to be pretty quick ..... ordered at 1:30 pm on one day and had it in my hand by noon the next day ... and yes I realize that they are only about 70 miles away made the rapid delivery possible .... but fulfilling the order the same day I placed it has nothing to do with their location...
others have delivered within a few weeks (for painted parts) and while that is longer than I wanted it was within a reasonable time....
I've been lucky and not ordered from one of those vendors that takes freaking forever...... hope I don't either.....

Let me note that I'm not mad at the vendors directly. I know they have a job to do as well. Justin at VMP has been dealing with me forever it seems, but it's all good. He has been more than helpful. It's other places I don't care for.

I always call first and talk to someone I have worked with in the past...they tell you the stock status of the parts you want and you can order with no surprises...

I was told that my L&m and elbow was in stock and it would be shipped out the next day. Umm...3 weeks later? Still nothing and have been told 4 times that it was coming, it was coming. Is it coming? Gheez..they can't even give me a darn tracking number. It's a very well known vendor as well. They won't even give me the number to L&M because they said it's not right to give out other number to me.:mofo:

I have dealt with many a vendor and I must say American Muscle is by far the best for shipping. They may not have it all but what they have you will receive in a timely manner. As for specialty items, well you have to do your due diligence and you will find the right vendor.

well calling doesn't work if you talk to a liar...
