Be *very* wary about this folks, it smells of scam.
Thankfully, they want stupid high amounts for starting asks (I've talked to two guys selling verts at under 5k over, PM me and I'll redirect you to the person who hooked me up).
These have been Jonsey's unsolicited thoughts.

If Leo Chavarria had any intestinal fortitude, he would explain why he is marking the vehicle up as high as he is. Mr Chavarria and his ilk may not realize that Shelby buyers are not only performance enthusiasts but many of them are loyal to Ford products. He may also not realize that markups like these may benefit the dealer in the short run but at the expense of losing loyal Ford customers. What say you Mr. Chavarria?

(Edit it again, you're looking for the losing, not loosing:))
When new C6s and last-gen Vipers are cheaper than your new GT500s, it's a much harder call to stay loyal to the joy that is the blue oval. (Especially when the aforementioned cars out-perform our beloved).
Thankfully the 2008 allocation data should shut up and punish these greedy dealers. (The ones near me bought 15+ at 10 to 15 over MSRP, and have 12+ still sitting for 25k over. There's no way they're getting out from under that without taking a loss).
