What makes our STILLEN Sport Rotors different?
High-quality, 1-piece blanks are sourced from the USA’s best foundries. Each application is carefully scrutinized for the optimum face pattern, whether cross-drilled, slotted or both. The latest CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools are used to optimize the face pattern for full pad sweep to reduce hot spots and grooving. Applications for GT500's are finished with a silver zinc plating for exceptional corrosion resistance.
All holes are radius-chamfered with special tooling to minimize stress-raisers for maximum resistance to heat and longer rotor life compared to lower-priced offerings. Slots are ramped to reduce pad dust retention and noise. STILLEN Sport Rotors arrive finished, machine-balanced and ready to install!
