Just wondering how many Shelby owners in Vancouver B.C. area frequent this site. Be fun to get together and have a cruise or join in another Mustang cruise. There is a big one around April.

Cobraroofer, mine will be parked untill the end of winter. There are now 3 of us that I know of. I hope by the next big cruise we have a few more.

tell me about your car, is it a 2010? and what color? have you done anything to it?

My car ia a 2008 Vapor with black stripes. I bought it a few months ago from an Audi dealer on Boundary in Burnaby. The car had 3000k on it but no damage other than a tiny bit of curb rash on the front wheels and tires.Its lowered with adjustable panhard bar. The only mods I have done are K.R. mufflers and Redline hood struts. The hoodstruts work great and well worth the money. I have no plans for engine mods for next year as I find there is plenty for now. I want to make the car hook up better so new tires are my first plan and suspension.

my next mod is upr and lwr control arms to stop the hop. then a pulley and heat exchanger. then wheels, i dont like the stock ones.

I have no wheel hop, people tell me its because my car is lowered. I feel the same way about my wheels and tires, I want the wow look. Have you been out to any of the Mustang cruises? Last year we had 130 cars out for the first one and they plan on 200 next year.

No i havent. i went to the round up in aldergrove last summer and loved it. i got my car late in the year so i never got a chance to go on a cruise.
im thinking about getting some of those Bogart racing wheels or Weld pro star wheels, but i need to know if i can get them to fit close to stock sized tires. i daily drive my car (when i don't need the truck and there's no salt on the roads) so i don't want slicks and skinny's. but i havent looked into it yet.
when is this cruise usually?

The cruise will be on May 1 next year. There is also cruises to Manning and Whistler. I have looked at the same wheels and couldn't find what would work. I will probobly wait a year then look into C.D.S. or the Alcoa's in 18" if they become available. I work construction and also use my truck as a daily driver but am lucky to have a Volkswagon Jetta my wife and I share.

Depends, anywhere from $1000.00 to $5000. If you are talking basic lowering springs and panhard bar $1000. But I recommend camber plates as well.
