Whats up guys, this is my first post. My user on corral.net is jonb347 as well if you wanna check me out. Im selling my dads GT500 for him. Its an 07 with 8000 miles on it. It is in showroom condition!!!! Its torch red with white stripes and came with all the options, red/black interior, premium trim, sirius, etc. It currently has flowmasters, a K&N intake, and a Shelby signed dash plaque with the VIN on it. Now for the good part!! My family owns a ford dealership, Bowen's Garage Inc. My dad ordered this car and paid it off, but it was never reported as sold to ford, therefore it has the full factory warranty, 6 months of sirius, and it has never been titled or registered. The 8000 miles were from my Dad and I taking it to shows and whatnot. Also, because its never sold, we can sell it and get Ford New Car rates for financing if you wanted. Please dont misinterpret, the dealership isnt selling the car, my dad is selling his car. He actually took out a pension to pay it off, so hes sad to see it go, but we need money. Anyways, this is kind of like a new used car, lol. You can call the dealership at 860-974-0363 and ask for Steve (dad) or Jonathan (me) if you want to know more, or if youd rather not call the dealership you can call my cell at 860-377-1057. Ill answer any questions and whatnot you guys might have. I also have pix if you give me an email. Dont miss this chance! Youre never going to find a used one with a clear title and full warranty! Also, some other people asked about problems or body work and stuff like that. As said, its in showroom condition, never been harmed. When it came off the truck it had a cracked center cap, which was replaced under warranty. And then, like two weeks later, one of the tires had a bubble in it, which was also replaced. This is a great car!!!

If this car still has a MSO but never titled than your dealership is in fact selling it and owns it. Your father owns the dealership and has the right to set the price at what ever he chooses to do so but he really doesnt own the car. Since the car is a 07 you were required to pay the floor plan off ( assuming you floor plan your cars with Ford ) sometime ago. I do agree that the warranty would start when ever the car was sale carded and the end user would have the balance of miles left up to 36000 total miles.

This really is a good deal for someone dependent on price ....

u are sort of correct. the car is paid off, so the dealership owns it. we dont pay floor plan anymore because my father paid it off with his money, we just never reported it sold because if we ended up selling it, then we wanted the buyer to have a warranty. but yes, the warranty would start at sale and go up to 36000 miles or 3 years from sale

Bingo! I saw a 2007 white/blue with 6300 miles on it sell for $31,700 2 days before christmas last month. People don't seem to want to pay more than 35k for an '07 as that is all they're running them up to on auctions (if they get bids at all) and only those with no reserve are selling and they are all in the low 30's. It's going to be a tough sell right now. The only saving grace I see here is that the full 3 yrs of warranty is left on it, but that really won't affect the price of the car too much. Hope you sell the car. Good luck.

yes gentlemen i realize they are selling cheaper, and i appreciate everyone letting me know, but this is the price that it needs to get, i realize i probably wont get rid of it but thats what i need to get. and the warranty would be pretty sweet in 2 1/2 yrs when u need an expensive part replaced. i hadnt even noticed there was a tsb on it until i just checked it out, ill do it this weekend, i assumed the hissing and chatter was normal as it did it since it was new.

scratch that, im not rebuilding the tranny and replacing the clutch and flywheel if the car doesnt have the concern, which it does not.

thats because its hardly driven. someone that may buy it, and drive it regularly, will eventually need it done. so that's a compounding issue.

8000 miles is quite a few, and its been driven in traffic quite a lot. not all of them have the issue. for a tsb to be posted only 4 vehicles have to show the issue, then they post up a tsb.
