Today, April 7th, 2008, is the 75th anniversary of beer. On April 7, 1933 prohibition of beer of no more than 3.2% alcohol was repealed.

Prohibition of beer of more than 3.2% alcohol, as well of all other liquor, didn't come until the ratification of the 21st amendment on December 5, 1933.

Y'all go out and have a beer tonight to celebrate our freedom to ferment hops and barley.
