I notice the left side is lower then the right side by 1/4" in the back has any one measured the two back sides.

I have never measured mine but it would make since because of torque and body flex. When drag racing or launching most of the weight transfers to the rear passengerside of the car. A lot of racers will put a stiffer spring or airbag on the back right side (p/s) so the car will leave straight.

I was gonna suggest doing some squats. That should lift the rear end on both sides.

My rear stock height was (measured from bottom lip of fender well to floor with stock wheels/tires):

Drivers side rear - 29 3/4"
Pass side rear - 29 1/2"

The fronts were the same, 28 3/8" left and right

Also, check the height of your tires, this may account for some height difference from side to side.
