Tomorrow I'll be taking Ford Canada to task via the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan. I have a 2008 Shelby GT500 with 19,200 kilometres(11,930 miles) and the clutch is slipping, et cetera. I need to know approximately how many vehicles were affected by the TSB. If anybody else has taken Ford to court or to CAMVAP, I would like to know the decisions that were handed down because I can use this at the hearing. Thanks in advance for any information that you can provide.

Good luck at the tribunal. I'm surprised Ford did not look after you.

I've has two tranny TSBs and a new 5.4 from Ford Canada on a US Car with absolutely no push back at all. Who is you dealer and what are the circumstances of things disintegrating to the CAMVAP hearing, if you don't mind sharing this info? Anything I can do to help just shoot me a PM.

I have posted the invoice for my first Tranny TSB and a video of my new engine arriving after a massive bearing failure on my original lump.

So what happened with the Hearing, did you bend FORD over or are you face down in the pillow?

It will take them 10-14 days to come to a decision.

Was the panel receptive to your issues?

Good luck with the ruling.
