Its nearly that time of year again for us Canucks.I rec'd my Shelby 500 last December (St John's Newfoundland) and started driving it in June.I have only put 3200 Kms on it up til now and plan to place it in storage likely before end of October.
My go forward plan is :
*** Get an oil and filter change plus multi point inspection at Ford prior to storage. This will be the first change.
*** Place vehicle in a dry but unheated garage
*** Put a cover on it
*** Start it up every 2 weeks during the winter for 10-15 minutes

The dealership also recommended when I start driving next Spring to get another oil change as the recommended service is based on either age or kilometers driven or whichever occurs first ie: in my case the age factor.

Am I missing anything?Anything else I should consider?

Like to hear your ideas........
